Who runs this site
Premier Eldercare is the care management practice of Amy Ullman, MSW, LCSW-C. The office is at 350C Fortune Terrace, Suite 272, Potomac, MD 20854.
Call 240-421-0073. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The practice serves older adults and families in the Washington, DC metro area.
The contact form
The contact form asks for your name, your phone number, and a message. It does not ask for an email address. Name, phone, and a message are required.
Messages are saved in WordPress on this website. They are not sent by email. Email delivery is off. A manager can turn on an email copy later in the site settings. Until that is turned on, the message stays on the website only.
We use the message so we can call you back during office hours.
The form also uses a hidden field and a short wait to cut down on spam. Those checks are not a contact list.
Fonts
The fonts are stored with this website. The site does not load fonts from Google Fonts.
Google Maps
A map above the footer is embedded from Google Maps. Google may set cookies when your browser loads that map. The map shows the office at 350C Fortune Terrace, Suite 272, Potomac, MD 20854. The Get directions link opens Google Maps.
Rank Math
If Rank Math is active, it supplies the page title, the description, and the XML sitemap. This site does not use Rank Math to track visitors.
Hosting and cache
Hostinger hosts this website. LiteSpeed cache may store a saved copy of a page so the next visit can load faster.
Cloudflare Turnstile
The form can use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce spam. Turnstile stays off until a site key and a secret key are saved in WordPress. When it is on, your browser contacts Cloudflare so the form can tell a person from a spam program. Cloudflare describes that check in its own privacy policy.
Analytics
This site does not use analytics yet. There is no analytics pixel and no analytics cookie. If analytics are added later, update this page to name the tool and what it collects.
